• This website — learning the modern web stack properly (Next.js + MDX)
• Homelab Kubernetes — all apps running on a self-hosted cluster managed through a Flux GitOps pipeline; if it's not in git, it doesn't exist
• Self-hosted CI — ARC runners on the cluster, pulling secrets from Vault via Kubernetes auth
• AI at home — learning how to get more out of AI tooling; working toward running Ollama locally and experimenting with building and fine-tuning models
